2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in compliance with KVKK Articles 5 and 6 to provide industrial software, logistics platforms, and digital transformation solutions; manage user authentication and SSO access; fulfill customer inquiries and RFQs; and satisfy statutory legal obligations.
3. Transfer of Personal Data and Recipient Groups
Collected personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public authorities and service partners strictly limited to operational service execution, pursuant to KVKK Articles 8 and 9.
4. Methods and Legal Grounds of Personal Data Collection
Personal data is collected electronically via our digital platforms, contact/RFQ forms, and user registration systems based on legal grounds including contract execution, legal compliance, and legitimate operational interests.
5. Rights of the Data Subject under KVKK Article 11
