1. Diagnosis: The Boundary of Generic Models
The first wave of AI relied on general-purpose Large Language Models (LLMs). However, when confronted with precision machining, complex supply chains, or deterministic enterprise decisions, generic models hit a boundary.
General models know language; vertical intelligence layers know physics, machine hourly depreciation, and tolerance costs.
